Q.- What is my shipping cost?
A. -Shipping cost depends on weight of clutches.
1. Clutches weighing less than 15 pounds, flat shipping charge of $12.00
2. Clutches weighing more than 15 pounds and less than 25 pounds, flat shipping charge of $15.00
3. Clutches weighing more than 25 pounds, shipping charge will vary
4. All racing clutches and flywheels are shipped FREE
Q. -Who is my shipping carrier?
A. -United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary shipping carrier.
Q. -How soon can I expect to receive my order?
A. -It depends on your physical receiving location. Here are some examples.
1. Shipping to Northeast: Approximately 2-3 business days
2. Shipping to Southeast: Approximately 1-2 business days
3. Shipping to Central: Approximately 3-4 business days
4. Shipping to Westcoast: Approximately 5-6 business days
Q.- Can I upgrade my shipping method for faster arrival?
A. -Yes, UPS offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air.
You must contact us to arrange such shipping method. These services are higher in cost than ground.
Q. -How soon do you ship after receiving my order?
A. -All orders received before 2 PM EST shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2 PM EST
are processed the next business day.
Q. -Do I have to pay state sales tax?
A. -If you are a resident of Florida, we are obligated to collect 7% sales tax.
Q. What is the warranty policy?
A. All clutches, except racing clutches, come with the manufacturers original warranty to be free from defects in workmanship and design for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first (90 days for racing clutches). All warranty returns must be pre-authorized to be inspected. All approved claims by the clutch manufacturer will be honored and we will reimburse to the customer the original purchase price or replace the orginial clutch. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price paid for the clutch. No labor claim will be honored. If wrong parts were shipped in our error, our liability is limited to the original purchase price. No labor claim will be honored.
Q. -What is your return policy?
A. -Clutch City Online will refund the full price, less 25% restocking fee, of any item purchased from us if returned in the condition received, within 30 days of date of receipt. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. All returning items must be authorized before returning. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Clutch City Online. When returning, you must call and get instruction on returning.
