All personal information received by Clutch City Online
(CCO) will only be used to contact customers regarding
their order or questions. CCO will never sell or distribute
any customer's personal information without the permission
of the customer.
Prices
CCO reserves the right to change the price on any
product at any time. Prices are updated as accurately
as possible. In the event an item is purchased at
an incorrect price, the buyer will be notified of
the correct price whether it be higher or lower than
the incorrect price. The buyer will have the option
to continue with the order or to cancel it.

All orders are processed through a secure shopping
cart provided by Americart®.
Sales
Tax
All orders shipped within Florida will be subject
to a 7% sales tax.
Warranty
All clutches, except racing and pickup clutches, come
with the manufacturers original warranty to be free
from defects in workmanship and design for a period
of 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase,
whichever occurs first (90 days for racing and pickup
clutches). All warranty returns must be pre-authorized
to be inspected. All approved claims by the clutch
manufacturer will be honored and we will reimburse
to the customer the original purchase price or replace
the orginial clutch. Our liability is limited to the
original purchase price paid for the clutch. No labor
claim will be honored. If wrong parts were shipped
in our error, our liability is limited to the original
purchase price. No labor claim will be honored.
Shipping
• UPS Ground shipping will
be free for all products over $50 shipped within the
continental United States.
• Orders processed before
2:00 PM on weekdays, will be shipped the same day.
• Orders processed after
2:00 PM on weekdays, will be shipped the next following
business day.

UPS does not pick up on weekends or holidays. Any
order completed on a weekend or holiday, will be shipped
the very next available business day.
• Faster shipping methods
(Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) are available upon request
for an additional charge.
Returns
CCO will refund the full price, less 25% restocking
fee, of any item purchased from CCO if returned in
the condition received, within 30 days of date of
receipt. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.
All returning items must be authorized before returning.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to
CCO. When returning, you must call and get instruction
on returning. When returning, all parts must be in
their original condition. Any parts not in their original
condition will not accepted.
